BYOB - 1 bottle per person, with appropriate age, chosen from the following regions: Champagne, Burgundy (Cotes du Nuits Rouge), Chablis, Bordeaux (Left Bank)

Beef Bourguignon
THE classic French stew from the Burgundy region, homemade by Sacha, our French Chef, featuring beef chunks, slow-cooked in red wine (traditionally Burgundy), with bacon, onions, carrots, and mushrooms
