Concierge Services 

At the Wine Cellar Club, we understand that managing a wine collection should be a pleasure, not a burden. That is why we offer a comprehensive suite of personalized concierge services, delivered by expert third-party contractors. Service fees are based on your level of need.

1.  INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Our concierge providers utilize Cellar Tracker, the industry's gold standard in wine inventory management. This powerful platform allows you to view and manage your entire collection from any device, anywhere with internet access. Features include individual bottle barcoding, precise location codes for easy retrieval, and convenient mobile scanning to log consumed bottles in real time.

2.  RECEIVING

Whether you reside out of state or simply have a demanding schedule, we make it easy to ensure your wine arrives safely and is properly stored. Our receiving services include repacking shipments from oversized shipping boxes and placing them directly into your locker or walk-in. For more comprehensive assistance, your concierge can receive, unpack, rack, and/or box your wine, as well as update your Cellar Tracker inventory on your behalf.

There is no receiving fee charged by Wine Cellar Club. Please contact Brianna or Felicia for concierge service rates.

3.  BUY & SELL

We offer a complimentary service to assist members who wish to sell, purchase, or auction wine. This service is available at no charge to all Wine Cellar Club members.

4.  WINE SHIPPING

Relocating? Planning an extended trip? Need to ship wine across the country? We connect our members with our most trusted licensed wine importers and shippers. Please note that interstate wine shipments are subject to restrictions in certain states. We advise against shipping wine during summer months unless overnight delivery or temperature-controlled containers are selected.
